Base fee:
  • 1st survivor or family member $50, remaining family member attendee's $30, each. **This registration does not include attendance certificates.
  • Use this registration if someone else from your organization has already registered (not including Exhibitors).
  • Professional registration within the same company: First attendee $195, the remaining $145.
  • 1st survivor or family member attendee $90, the remaining family member attendee's $55, each. **This registration does not include attendance certificates.

Continuing Education Units:

This is a 12.5 contact hour program for participants enrolled for both days.  Attendance on 3/4/10 awards 6 contact hours, attendance on 3/5/10 awards 6.5 contact hours.
 
Professional Nursing CEU's (provided by   Des Moines Area Community College IBON #22) are available for an additional $11 charge. Attendance for both days are required and will be credited 15 hours (1.5 CEU's).


All other professionals, such as Speech Pathologists, Physical & Occupational Therapists, Nursing Home Administrators, Residential Administrators, Certified Rehabilitation Counselors and Social Workers will receive Certificates of Attendance (electronically) for verification to their licensure boards for review and approval.
 
Certificates of Attendance will be issued electronically to participants who have signed in and out of the conference each day. Please be sure to sign in and out each day.
